  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list).
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., the full URL).
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Designated Agent

Send DMCA notices to our designated copyright agent via our contact page, clearly marking your message as a "DMCA Takedown Notice."

Please note: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content we removed or disabled was not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no court action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may reinstate the removed content at our discretion.

5. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of customers who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
