2. Services

GOC Webhosting provides web hosting, WordPress hosting, and domain registration services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Host or distribute illegal content of any kind
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Launch attacks against other servers or networks
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

5. Payment and Billing

Services are billed in advance on the cycle you select at signup. Invoices are issued automatically before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to ensure payment details are kept up to date. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your hosting account at any time through the client area. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hosting plans. If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of a new hosting account, contact us for a full refund. Domain registrations are non-refundable.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable hosting services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Data and Backups

While we may perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own copies of your data. We strongly recommend keeping independent backups of all website files and databases.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOC Webhosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time through the client area.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered customers of significant changes by email.
