Last updated: June 2026
1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of all services provided by GOC Webhosting. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use our services to host, store, transmit, or distribute:

3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our network:
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk email or using our services as a mail relay for spam
- Network abuse: Launching DDoS attacks, port scans, or any form of denial-of-service against any host
- Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account

- Bulk storage: Using your hosting account primarily as a file backup or storage repository unrelated to a website
4. Email Usage
Our services may not be used to send spam or unsolicited commercial email. You must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM. Email campaigns must only be sent to recipients who have explicitly opted in. Accounts found sending spam will be suspended immediately.
5. Resource Usage
Shared hosting accounts are intended for normal website workloads. Accounts that consume excessive server resources — including but not limited to CPU time, memory, disk I/O, or MySQL queries — may be throttled or suspended to protect the stability of the server for all customers. If your resource needs exceed shared hosting limits, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
6. Reporting Abuse
To report abuse originating from our network, please contact us at contact us. We take abuse reports seriously and will investigate all credible reports promptly.
7. Enforcement
GOC Webhosting reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. We may, at our sole discretion:
- Issue a warning and request corrective action
- Temporarily suspend the account pending investigation
- Permanently terminate the account without refund
- Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Significant changes will be communicated to registered customers by email.
