1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our hosting services. If you are unsatisfied with your hosting plan for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial sign-up, contact us for a full refund of your hosting fees. No questions asked.
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to:
- Shared hosting plans
- WordPress hosting plans
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Domain registrations and transfers — Domain fees are paid directly to the registry and cannot be reversed once processed
- SSL certificates — Once issued, SSL certificates cannot be refunded
- Renewal invoices — Renewals are non-refundable; it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue
- Add-on services — Any third-party add-ons or one-time setup fees
3. Renewals and Cancellations
To avoid being billed for a renewal, you must cancel your service before the renewal invoice is generated. Cancellations can be submitted through the client area. Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.
4. Accounts Terminated for Policy Violations
Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for any refund, including under the 30-day money-back guarantee.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible window, please contact our support team. Include your account username and the reason for your request. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
